Yoga for Healing is an eight-week trauma-informed yoga series that holistically promotes communal and individual healing by strengthening connections to our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
Yoga for Healing integrates trauma-informed techniques with ancient yogic practices that focus on balancing the nervous system, fostering genuine connections with others, and weaving together our physical, psychological, and spiritual selves. Weekly topics include nervous system education, reclaiming rest, self-compassion, embodied boundaries, the impact of trauma on the chakras, and more!
